Another Stupid Lawsuit
Clara Harris catches her husband at a hotel with his girlfriend, runs him over in her Mercedes. Later she’s found guilty and sentenced to jail. So who’s partially liable? The hotel, of course, for having a parking lot. Thanks to Overlawyered.com for the tip.
