Abortion Rights for Children

A man impregnates a 14 year old. The man’s mother poses as the girl’s grandmother to sneak her out of school to an abortion clinic. The girl’s mother finds out and tries to stop the abortion.

What should the police do? Charge the man with statutory rape? Charge the so-called grandmother with kidnapping? Or arrest the mother?
