WordPress, Yahoo, Akismet
If you’ve ever been interested in your own blog, there are a bunch of free choices out there. Blogger.com (owned by Google) and Livejournal.com are two free ones that come to mind. I’m not as familiar with Typepad, but that’s an option, too.
Chasing the Wind uses WordPress, and now they’ve persuaded Yahoo to host WordPress, too. On top of all that, they include a free Akismet license to stop spam, a free domain name, 5+ gig of disk space, 200 gig data transfer, unlimited my SQL, and one-click installation of plugins like Flickr.
