Degooglized II

Posted by Michael on March 7th, 2007 filed in The Blog

Still trying to track down this Google delisting. The frustrating thing is just by posting the question, that used to gather knowledge from others who find my post by Googling. Now I’m just speaking into the void.

I learned this week how to generate a sitemap, and Google acknowledges I have 1500 links. They just don’t show any of them, and there are no warnings or errors of any kind.

One suggestion I found on a newsgroup is that the blue text on blue background may be a problem; Google thinks people that use that technique are trying to hide something and make the text invisible. Also there are some html validation errors on this theme, so I may have to switch to a error-free generic theme. I don’t currently have time to be mucking around with html and cascading style sheets.

So if the blog looks funny suddenly, that’s why.

I blame the red Chinese Commie bloggers.

You know, that could very well be a possibility…
