But this year the H.O. has increased my pay $.10/year. Bi-weekly pay means I will receive $.0038 per pay period.
Any ideas on how I can invest?

Insulation is always the biggest energy saving bang for your buck. What else you do depends on whether you’re just trying to minimize your footprint or trying to get a return on your energy minimizing investment.

You might call your provider and see if they offer an energy inspection/consultation. Some providers offer it for free.
