John Kerry is Everyman

Jo at Spin the Moon brought up an interesting point in the previous post’s comments… she suggests that John Kerry looks like Herman Munster. (I wasn’t going to call her “Jo” out loud until I saw she already did that on her site)

I can certainly see the resemblance, but I always thought Kerry looked like Lurch:

But since John Kerry spent 3 months in Vietnam before getting a papercut and coming home, let’s not overlook his military service. He bears a strong resemblance to Gomer Pyle.

Anonymous you are confused – – Check out John Kerry’s record in Vietnam and his actions following. Perhaps 1971 would be a good year for you to read out. As for Jane Fonda – – p l e a s e! lol

I dont think John Kerry is a great man at all. I think he is a terrible candidate for president. I just think that comparing him to tv show characters is a little childish and making fun of his service to America is a bit hypocritical. Did George Bush serve? That really doesn’t have any effect on him as president now, does it? So why should it be an issue for John Kerry? I’m not trying to defend him at all. I just think that making certain remarks shows a lot more about the person saying it than the person that it is about. (Myself included)
