Bush Nepotism! Horrors!

From a Reuters news story today, it appears that the Democrats worst fears have been realized. Yes – the Bush brothers are helping each other!

What is this world coming to? Brothers helping each other? Laws must be passed to stop this sort of fraternal aid. Here’s what the Democrats are accusing George Bush and Jeb Bush of doing:

  • After the hurricanes, George and Jeb dispensed ice to Florida victims – together!
  • Jeb Bush has said nice things about George!
  • When Jeb Bush requested aid after the hurricane disasters, George Bush gave it!

This kind of behavior can not be tolerated! It’s outrageous!

When I saw this headline story today, my first thought was, “They can’t be serious? Have they run out of things to complain about?” Kerry campaigns with Democratic governors and with family members – and Bush campaigns with Republican governors and family members. But somehow if the Republican governor is also a family member, it’s cause for alarm? Sheesh.
