Crazy Democrat Hijinks

Those crazy Democrats! Besides 10,000 lawyers ready to sue over the election and the vandalism they’re doing to GOP campaign headquarters, now they’re committing aggravated assault against Republican U.S. Representatives. Ha ha! What will those crazy Democrats think up next?

MIAMI (Reuters) – A Florida motorist was arrested on Wednesday on charges of trying to run down U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris at an intersection where the controversial former state elections chief was campaigning for re-election to Congress.

The Republican lawmaker and several supporters were campaigning alongside a street corner in her hometown of Sarasota Tuesday evening. A silver Cadillac sped toward them, drove up onto the sidewalk where Harris stood, and then swerved away at the last minute, the Sarasota police report said.

No one was hurt. Witnesses noted the car’s license tag number and police tracked the owner, Barry Seltzer, 46, of Sarasota, who was jailed early Wednesday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He said he was annoyed because some of Harris’ supporters were blocking traffic, the arrest report said.

“I was exercising my political expression,” it quoted him as saying.

Update: More here, including the police report.

On a more serious note, I’ve decided to vote a straight Republican ticket this year.

  3. If you honestly, believed, rightly or wrongly, that the election in 2000 was stolen, would you be ready to fight in 2004? Never mind what the evidence shows, just suspend your disbelief. You’re doing exactly what you so despise on the other side and that is picking out the worst and highlighting it.

  7. “What I despise?” I hardly see how pointing out that a Democrat tried to run over Katherine Harris is the same thing as actually running her down.

And oddly enough, this “Intelligent Person” comes along to take the Democratic side, implying that running her over would somehow be justified.

Normally, I’d delete a post that insulted me with profanity like that and justified violence, but today I’ll just say, “I rest my case.” I’ll consider “Intelligent Person” as our poster child for the Democratic Party today.

  10. LoL. No, I was blaming an entire classification of people based on the actions of a whole bunch of them. The 10,000 lawyers, the voter fraud already going on, the ransacking of GOP offices, the UK newspaper lamenting “where is John F. Hinkly and John Wilkes Booth when we need them,” the filthy genitalia jokes from Whoopi, etc, etc. The driver trying to “exercise his political expression” by parking his car on top of Katherine Harris was just the latest example.

“Intelligent Person” is *exactly* what I think of in the Democratic Party today.

C’mon moderator…..justify Harris’s actions in the 2000 election and tell me how a disgruntled driver and a joke about Bush is worse than UNDERMINING ELECTION AUTHENTICITY. Do you honestly believe all the Orwellian junk in the government regulated and controlled news?

Stanley Hilton, former Chief of Staff to Bob Dole, and republican attourney now, is suing the government for 7 billion dollars for ordering 9/11 to happen and helping it be carried out. He represents hundreds of 9/11 families in this class action lawsuit. Think what you want about this page but im putting it out there. It describes what really occured on 9/11. http://www.letsroll911.org Also, this is the most interesting article. http://letsroll911.org/articles/controlleddemolition.html

5 – The White House is attacking terrorists, and isn’t that what’s making liberals mad?

  20. Well, I spent some time checking out the site, even those you didn’t directly link to, and the funny thing is: you’re using information given to you by the government to “prove” the government is evil. Now, assuming you’re trying to prove the US government did any of this, I want to question what proof do you actually have. I read the article(s) from that site, and every single link there shows “official” (which was mentioned on that site as not always being the truth, which is why I question you using it in your arguement) information depicting the aftermath of the event. The site takes official information, posts it, then jumps to a conclusion that’s not even connected to the truth (I mean what you’re linking to). There is no information anywhere in the long-winded, rambling site that links to any form of information that might even hint at who did it (not even the hijackers). Hey, guess what? I bet I could find links to even MORE official information (since you’re using that as your proof, I suppose it’s ok if I use the same source as my proof) that shows via recorded video/audio and various written/typed transcripts, plane tickets, and even a confession by al Qaeda that all says they did it! (Just give me the word and I’ll go fetch it.)

You dont have to believe it, I said think what you will, but im at least glad that you viewed it. Furthermore, your wrong that it doesnt even hint at who might have been in on it. Very near the bottom of this page –> http://letsroll911.org/articles/controlleddemolition.html under the headline “Why would this man blow up his own buildings” it describes the motivation for this very lucky (that the towers fell) man.

  22. Yeah, I read that, and although he may have been greedy for trying to keep the insurance company from skimping on his paycheck (which, by the way, happens all the time, and not just to certain people), I have a hard time believing that he would have ties to al Qaeda. Here’s the logic behind it:
    1. al Qaeda confessed to the bombings.
    2. There’s only two possibilities here. Either they did or they didn’t.
    3. If they did, then they’re responsible and that’s the end of it.
    4. If they didn’t (on their own free will or at all) then there’s two further possibilites. They want to attach their name to it for any number of reasons or they were told/forced to.
    5. If they only wanted the so-called glory in it, they wouldn’t have the videos showing them months in advance plotting. However, this alone doesn’t doesn’t prove them being the ultimate culprits, because they could have been staged by the evil government, as your conspiracy theory “could” state.
    6. If they were told/forced to, then it would have to be by someone as-or-more powerful than them. (Do you really think any organization will listen to an individual?) This implies that the old man in question would have to have ties to something to have all that orchestrated.
    7. al Qaeda is in at least half the countries of the world (last I checked, it was easily over 100). They have training camps, assault weapons, a quasi-political/religious dogma that brainwashes nations, and their leader is worth far more than the paltry $7.1 billion the insurance company would have paid.
    8. If the old man had enough influence to command al Qaeda to do his bidding, then why would he need $7.1 billion from insurance? He would have more power than most nations of the world. $7.1 billion would be a drop in the bucket, and let’s not forget the kind of money he earned over time when the towers were up.
    9. There’s a theory, or rather a school of thought that’s quite common and well known. Perhaps you’ve heard of it? It states: “When there are multiple possibilities, the simplest is usually correct.”
    10. Considering that the large majority of Islamic extremist groups are truthful about almost everything they do, (they may nuts, but if you look at the history books, only groups [referring only to Islamic extremists] that can prove they did it [whatever that event may be] ever claim ownership of it. It’s part of their culture. They say they’re going to kill you, and they try their hardest.) the simplest solution here is: al Qaeda did it and they confessed to it. (This is one of the ways they can recruit new members, so of course they also proved it via various documents.)

If you’d like, I can scroll through various video archives and find a tape of them plotting if it helps prove anything.

  24. The question is not that this one creep of a democrat, like there are any other kind these days(Al F*@king Franken a prize example) – the issue is that all of the character assassination against this congresswoman, and it seems against Republicans in general, leads many individuals to feel justified in acting out
    physical violence .

It is not right that they have gotten away with what they’ve done .

The Democrats are Political Mafia !
Let’s not forget the only reason JFK won the White House, is because his father Joseph Kennedy paid the Mafia to buy votes .

Kennedys and the Democrats have never been held accountable for this corruption .

Remember what sleazoid Bill Maher said during the vote count ?
Other Democrats were heard quipping about “where is Hinkley & Booth 😈 when you need them”

If that is not a call for violence, what is ?

Indeed, the Liberals and Leftists in the Press and Media have thru their hatemongering, are encouraging individualized terrorism .
(I have found many many liberal & left blogs just dedicated to spitting out venom against Harris .)
Are we civilized Americans not justified in taking pre-emptive strikes against Liberals and Leftists everywhere we find them 😈 ? ?

like most of you are, those convicted felons were given six months prior notice of their registration being stricken from the Fl ballots, so they had more that enough time to appeal the action . All completely legal, except in the minds of vindictive Democrats and one Socialist: Fat Stupid Michael Moore .

Most of these 58,000 felons did not even bother to appeal their erasure from the ballot . But I am sure all these ex-cons would have voted for the Dems 😉

  27. They’re a big tough government they can defend themselves. So why don’t they?
My guess is because they know the truth. The evidence of our government staging 911, which you obviously haven’t examined, is overwhelming. So I guess that makes you one of them, a Nazi Traitor who is with the real terrorist’s Bush and company.
Millions of intelligent people, here and around the world, have seen the truth and soon assholes like you and your mindless followers will have to run back under that little turd pile you crawled out of. No place will be safe when the deceived multitude learns the truth. You club joining follower no mind of your own hypocrite types or if you prefer: Republicans/Nazi/Fascist’s, are everything that’s wrong with the world today.
So you get a handful of idiots with even less intelligence than you to listen to you spin someone else’s beliefs and it makes you feel important. Well, you’re NOT and you never will be. Anyone can start up a web site. I have to assume you are a girl by the design of yours. Here is a goal for all of you! Quit the clubs, join the human race and maybe some of you will be able to have an original thought of your own before you die.

  30. True, there are unhinged from all political spectrums. But when the right becomes unhinged (ala Pat Robertson), the right denounce them and the unhinged lose support.

On the left, though, the more unhinged they become, the more they are embraced.

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.

Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
