Military Ruins Memorial Day for Everyone

BlameBush is on a roll; it’s the funniest piece I’ve read in a long time.

The fact is that with the exception of military recruiters, military leadership, military policy, military bases, military parades, military bands, military ships, military weapons, military uniforms, military haircuts, and all forms of military symbolism, it is the left that truly loves the troops, for we alone want to bring them home. Not tomorrow, not next month or next year, but NOW – preferably defeated, demoralized, unwilling to participate in any more acts of U.S. aggression, and ready to enjoy a plethora of bloated veterans affairs programs that don’t do anything to help anyone but democrats alone have fought so hard to create.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
