The headline reads “Bush Seeks Better Ties in Latin America.”

From the picture, you can see why. George Bush is wearing no tie at all, most likely embarrased by his current tie selection. My advise to President Bush, though, is to forego ties in Latin America and to look to China or Asia-Pacific. Silk ties there are cheap.
