  1. Thats really tasteful. I think I’ll send it to some of my friends whose parents were killed on September 11. Thanks Mike.

  2. Maybe you should put up the cartoon that shows Bush saying “I was briefed so I decided to cut spending for counterterrorism then go on vacation at my ranch”

  3. You should. Then maybe they’ll realize how bad Kerry would be for US security and vote for Bush.

Under Bush, spending has increased in all Departments except the Transportation and Treasury Departments. Defense spending is up 27.6%, Department of State is up 32.5%. Counterterrorism through the Justice department spending will increase 19% next year to $2.6 billion.

  4. Censorship in America, plain and simple. You said only the government could censor. Well you just censored me.

  5. Pfft. That’s not censorship. I already sent you links to create your own blog.

I deleted it because it was 2 pages long, argumentative, incorrect, boring, off-topic, and on my blog.

I just can’t even imagine what close-minded liberal media outlet you are receiving your information from – – but it certainly shows in your comment. Plus, Kerry did state they offered to brief him, but he hadn’t had time – – It was on Larry King Live whereas Bush never said and never did what you are trying to push as clever in your post

  7. Anon’s currently in the penalty box for misbehaving this weekend. I’ll have to approve his comments for them to be posted, but the posts so far have been inflammatory.

Anon’s basic point so far is a) I’m censoring him, b) I portray Bush in a positive light, c) Bush knew about Sept 11 from the Aug 6 PDB but instead of fighting terrorism, Bush went on vacation, d) Bush is cutting counterterrorism funding and e) Bush lied.

  8. Why are you censoring anon? At least let us see what he is saying so that we can tell him he is wrong.

  9. I’ll give you a hint: this time it’s because you’re impersonating another user, Mr. Anon. You plagiarize, you inflame, you argue with *everything* I post (even the stuff that’s just for fun), you post way more than I do, and now you’re stooping to posting under other people’s names to see if I’ll approve your posts.

  10. LOL – – there is one of the comments you were telling me about Michael – – I don’t think Anon would really want to be me since I am quite conservative – – well maybe he does want to be me. Thanks for putting him on moderation, Michael 🙂

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.

Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
