Chasing the Wind

News. Faith. Nonsense.

Patch Needs a Walker

Do they make walkers for dogs? Patch needs something to help him get around.

Alex noticed Patch was limping a little last night; I said we’ll just watch to see if it gets worse. This morning, it’s much worse. He’s limping on all four legs. If there was a way to limp with is neck and his tail, he’s doing that, too. He didn’t want his walk this morning, and he didn’t want to follow me downstairs.

Patched stiffened up over night after two hours of non-stop running yesterday. He’s five years old, and showing his age for the first time today. Poor puppy. 😛

  1. They actually do making a doggie walker. It doesn’t exactly look like a walker, but it assists doggies with their walking so it doesn’t hurt them so much. If you like I can get some info for you – – let me know. I hope Patch is feeling better.

  2. He was stiff last night; we normally walk for about 1/2 mile, but we got only a few hundred yards away before he stopped walking. I had to carry him home. :/

He’s doing much better tonight though.

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.

Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
