When I put on my pants, my dog runs out of the room.
I know why, too. Can you guess?

You said “put ON” your pants, right?

Is it because the only time you wear pants is when you walk the dog?

That’s what I was thinking, you get dressed in the morning and it’s time for a walk. My dog used to climb the walls as soon as I’d pull a plastic bag out of the closet and stick it in my pocket.

AMM – Yes. “On.”
Jo – Well, not the *only* time. 😛
Vox – Yes, that’s it. But now he runs out of the room and heads for the front door *anytime* I put on pants. Dogs are funny. 🙂

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.
Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”
If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
