I Feel Good

Na na na na na na na.

You knew that I would.

Na na na na na na na.

The flu bug has come and gone, and I’m feeling pretty good this morning. Sure, there are some lingering symptoms – a little nasal congestion, a voice that sounds like Kermit the Frog, uncontrollable urge to sing old Dr. Demento tunes – but to be fair, I had those symptoms before I caught the flu.

    I can taunt it. Now I’ve had the 2005 flu bug, and now I’m building immunity. Neener neener neener. 😛

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
