Waiting Until 13th Day

I wonder why the 11th Court of Appeals waited so long? Did they want Terri dead first?

Mar 30, 12:40 AM (ET)
ATLANTA (AP) – A federal appeals court early Wednesday agreed to consider a petition for a new hearing on whether to reconnect Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, CBS has already written Terri’s “Short, Sad Life” obituary. It was briefly available on the CBS website before it was pulled, but not before some enterprising blogger PDF’d it.

Update: Psych! That was plain cruel to raise their hopes at the last minute…

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
