Did you know that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has killed over 10,000 animals between 1998 and 2003?
Huh. Now you know.

Yes but 3 of those were accidents.

We had stopped at a rest area and I was told to watch our dog while everyone went to the rest room…. but I had to go bad .. so I quickly tied the leash to the back of this truck and I ran into to rest room.

Perhaps… 3 were mistakes.. I’m sure the 70 that the PETA activists were dumping in dumptsers in NC weren’t. And that’s only what the Police Dept down there knew about.
SO Glad this organization is getting exposed for what is really is – for the benefit of animals everywhere.

Except, of course, that PETA does not actually run an animal shelter – the SPCA does. Also, the web site claiming that PETA kills animals is owned by the Center for Consumer Freedom, and influence group funded by the meat and tobacco industries.

Can you provide the source for your information? I did. 🙂
No matter who runs that website, they provide proof for their statistics, such as this filing with the Virginia Department of Agriculture. PETA *does* run an animal shelter and euthanizes thousands of animals. You can view PETA’s mandatory filings with the State of Virginia.

Making sense –
ppffff —Please explain the following to me In all the years of my existance 5085102287 I eat animals to survive. I go to Winn Dixeys and Goodings and pay for my meat by the pound. In my travels I have eaten and enjoyed dog and cat and rat. If people werent so busy turning their noses up at food they would enjoy the taste too. So what is this site all about? I bet people that love to mouth off in here enjoy their burgers, chinese, all you can pig out on buffets or good all american hot dogs yet they come here and spew at the mouth. Just making an observation.

“Spew at the mouth” would be a good name for an alternative rock band.

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.
Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”
If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
