My favorite, Condoleeza Rice, is not running for President.
And just to make sure your list is complete, I am not running for President either.
I fear a Hillary presidency unless the Republicans find somebody to run against her.

There is a good chance that Cheney will serve a term in jail at the time of next elections. So he can’t participate even if he wants to.
Rice can run, why not?

I think dreams of Cheney serving time are just that, dreams. One can successful argue that no crime was ever committed.
