Cruci-Fixin's

I suppose NBC didn’t get their fill of offending Christians with the cancelled “Book of Daniel.”

Their next insult comes from an upcoming “Will and Grace” show on April 13. Britney Spears will play a host on a Christian cooking show called “Cruci-fixin’s”. Britney will be the “conservative Christian” on a talk show with a homosexual host named Jack.

Portraying Britney Spears as a conservative Christian on a gay talk show on the night before Good Friday. What offensive portrayal of Christians will NBC think up next?

    NBC has pulled (cancelled? denied it ever existed?) the controversial episode above:

    The following statement was sent to KPRC Local 2 from NBC regarding an upcoming “Will & Grace” episode.

    “Some erroneous information was mistakenly included in a press release describing an upcoming episode of “Will & Grace” which, in fact, has yet to be written.

    The reference to “Cruci-fxins” will not be in the show and the storyline will not contain a Christian characterization at all.

    We value our viewers and sincerely regret if this misinformation has offended them.”

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”
