Chasing the Wind

News. Faith. Nonsense.

Skin Me!

Lisa from Elegant Webscapes and Just a Girl has added an elegant touch to Chasing the Wind. On the left menu is a “Skins” button; take a look at the “Chasing the Waves” and “Chasing the Stars” skins she’s added. I haven’t decided which is my favorite yet. I love the Hubble telescope pictures on the stars skin, but the waves skin has a background fromPensacola where I spent many happy summers. I’m switching back and forth for variety right now… and I notice that Lisa is still tweaking things. Ha! Caught you! 😛

I’m quiet today because my home internet connection went out last night. I verified my computer can talk to the router though. This morning SWBell tells me they can talk to the DSL modem, so it sounds like something came loose… I’m already suspecting Patch who likes to sleep down there.

  1. You need a skin for Patch. Pics of the dog park and ponds and soft grassy areas.

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
