I don’t know why it’s broke. I’ve learned a couple of tricks; if I go directly to the login page, I can login, make a post, and Chasing the Wind works for 30 minutes. Then it goes kablooey again, redirects everywhere with references to wp-smilies and other folders.
For nearly 3 weeks I’ve been on the WordPress forums seeking help. I’m ready to give up and switch to something else.

I just hate to bother Lisa since I’m not hosting with her. I completed deleted the sql database today and recreated it, and as soon as I uploaded my data, the problems returns. I’m starting to think some sort of corrupted data is causing this.

I know when Lisa did the switch for me to WP it would convert back to MT – – she went in and tweaked something in it and it fixed it – – plus the forum is for everyone – – it’s a message board and you are more than welcome as I said, everyone is 😉

The WordPress moderator told me how to drop back to WordPress 1.2. Chasing the Wind has been stable for an hour, a new record for the weekend. At this point, I’m thinking it’s a 1.3 beta problem.
