Freedom is Approaching Lebanon

The Lebanese people can taste freedom. The days of Syrian occupation may be nearing an end.

Lebanese take to the streets, demanding freedom

After the assasination of Prime Minster Rafik al-Hariri, thousands of Lebanese have taken to the streets in defiance of the Syrian curfew. Today, the Syrian-backed Lebanese government resigned en-masse.

You’ve got to know the Lebanese people are watching the changes in Iraq and getting restless.

  2. I think after the recent demonstrations, it cannot be too long before the Lebanese people are free of Syria.

As far I know, you’re my first Jordanian visitor. Welcome!

  3. I think that us lebanese people have achieved something that no other people in the world achieved 😀 and i think the between all the arab countries we are the braviest country ❗ bec before the war happened with us and isreal, all the arab countries said we r with lebanon and if something happened we will stay with him and defend him but they did nothing, just losers . But we r strong and we dont need anyone, we achieved the independence to our country and we beat isreal with anyone. and this victory will stay forever.

  4. It brings to mind the scene with the Black Knight in Mony Python and the Holy Grail.

    “Right!” says Arthur,
    Chop, Chop, Chop, Chop…
“Come back here, I’ll bite your leg off, pansy,….sure run away…its only a flesh wound…”

Now if the conservatives were in power in Israel, there would probably be no question of victory, only a hole in the ground that generates some squawks from grizzly bearded dirty turban guys covered in dust……oh, wait, ……nevermind.

    Go Israel!

  5. I’ve been too busy to post much with all my recent traveling. And ever since I closed the Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s girlfriend post, traffic has been on the decline.

*sniff* I miss those NASCAR idiots.
