Over at SteelerDirtFreak, I stumbled across Google Maps.
Whoa. That’s a much nicer mapping program than the MapQuest or Yahoo Maps I was using. I was amused at looking at the whole US I could keep zooming in until I got to my house.
It’s more intuitive, you just write in English what you’re looking for. I wrote “Thai restaurants near (my address), Houston Texas” and it showed me 10 of them within 8 miles.
