The bathroom is nearly complete, except for that tiny problem of the toilet being in the garage. Isn’t this a fabulous bathtub? If you’ve been to my house, this replaces that horrendous stained fiberglass thing downstairs.
And the wood floors are going in – here is the dining room so far:

Do the shower ceiling in tile – and carry those side pieces up the wall, then onto the face of the drop down…..hehehehehe… Where do you stop the large tiles???

Sean: We had to nix the arch for the vase for 2 reasons: #1, the vase is very broad at the base and the dining room is too narrow – so the dining chairs, and diners, would be hitting the vase (it’s tooooo expensive to break). #2, expense – We went over budget just doing the things that were necessary.
I can’t wait to see your home now that it’s almost finished Sean. I bet Carmen is starting to feel some relief. I pray God will bless you with a quick and profitable sale! Let me know if yawl have any R.E. questions (I’m happy to help).
