Think of all those poor women that won’t be allowed to date a married man. No wonder John Claassen is suing.
John Claassen alleges eHarmony is discriminating against him on the basis of his marital status. He and his wife of eight years separated last May, and he expects the divorce to be final within two months. When he reached marital status on eHarmony’s online compatibility profile, he responded truthfully: “legally separated.”
But eHarmony says its policy is clear: No marrieds need apply.
Just hazarding a guess, but I have some sort of idea why his marriage didn’t work out.
Chasing the Wind 
That is ridiculous that he is suing. Don’t businesses have a right to make their own rules?

I guess I’m most amused by the “disciminating against married people” part of his lawsuit. That’s got to be a first.
