Radical Weight Loss Plan

I started on November 8 at 232 lbs. This morning I’m at 219.5 lbs. That’s a little over 3 lbs a week, including the Mandatory Stuffing Day on Thanksgiving where I actually gained 2 lbs.

I’m on this radical weight loss plan, and I’ll share it with you. Here’s what I do:

  • I eat less;
  • I exercise.

I don’t know why it works, but it does!
