The Supreme Court approved, by a 5-4 margin, to water down seriously the 5th Amendment.

No longer does the government have to prove a “public use” to confiscate property. Now it just has to develop a slick marketing campaign to prove that “well, the public would have wanted this anyway.”

What I find interesting is that the “liberal wing” of the Supreme Court, normally considered the protector of the little guys, sided with Pfizer.
