Puppy Needs
A good friend recently told me of the loss of his dog, a long-time family friend. The dog was very old and had developed a tumor; a difficult decision was made to put the dog to sleep.
He’s thinking he needs a new puppy to be his companion, and he’s put a lot of thought into what kind of puppy he wants. Would you join me in praying that he gets a new puppy, especially if your name is Betty?
* Ok, I’ll admit to being bad. Jack told me his wife Betty reads Chasing the Wind so I thought I’d help him out.

We have a few extra barbado sheep here, he can have one of them. Great little lawnmowers and you can eat them when they’re done.

I suspect if Betty doesn’t want Jack to have a puppy, she’ll discourage him from having sheep, too.
