Chasing the Wind

News. Faith. Nonsense.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. & Kortney Cole

Rumours regarding the breakup of Dale and Kortnie are beginning to swirl. Dale, who once lived in The Hundred Acre Wood under the name of Sanders, has checked into a substance abuse clinic to rid himself of his dependence on honey after investigators into his latest NASCAR crash revealed Dale failed a field sobriety test that showed he blood-pollen limit of 0.10, well over the legal limit. Investigators also want to question Dale about the disappearance of his twin brother, Chip.

Kortnie (who also goes by the nom de plume of Courtney and maybe even Cortnie or Kourtney) has denied allegations of infidelity. “Speed Racer and I are just friends,” Kortnie claims. “Do I look like Trixie to you?” She also refused to discuss her relationship with Chim Chim after pictures of her monkeying with him surfaced.

  19. Did anyone notice that Dale was missing a pit crew member? He was not missed until everyone had finished eating some rather tough kabobs over at Dales place. Oh, and I agree with what DJ just said up above, but without the bad word….

About Me

Michael, a sinner saved by grace, sharing what the good Lord has shared with me.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.

Got questions? I’m not surprised. If you have any questions about Chasing the Wind, you can email me at chasingthewind@outlook.com.
