I don’t know if they called it a Holiday Tree or a Christmas Tree, but either way, it’s gone. Since it was decorated with non-religious ornaments, I’m guessing it was a Holiday Tree. Here’s a picture of the actual tree so you can see for yourself.
In any event, it’s been removed to “make sure no one is offended.” It’s been replaced with a snowman, reindeer and sleigh.
This is confusing to me because a decorated tree by itself isn’t religious. The Three Wise Men didn’t bring ornaments for the tree when Jesus was born, as far as I know. The origins of the modern “Christmas” tree have German, pagan roots, I believe. If you call it a Holiday Tree and decorate it with snowflakes and stuff, exactly who is being offended? And why would a tree offend somebody but a snowman is ok?

Next time somebody says “Happy Holidays” to me, I’m going to start singing “Joy to the World” as loud and as off key as possible.

Trees are very offensive. You do know they suck the CO2 right out of your mouth!! And then the O2 they excrete goes right back to you. HOW RUDE!
