Chickens as Pets

The New York Times has a story that more and more people are raising chickens as pets.

This doesn’t come as any surprise to me. My brother happily raises chickens every bit as funny looking as these.

As my brother puts it, both he and the chicken get a lot out of the relationship. He provides love, shelter, and food, and in return he gets to eat their unborn children.
