Stock trading day again, and even with the whipsaws up and down, I’m still positive this month and beating the market. Yay!

    I sold the JDSA holdings a week early – I peaked at the stock screens this week and it’s fallen off all of the screens, so it’s not likely to return this week. It had a terrific runup but it’s waay overpriced and seculative, so I sold a week early at $25.63.

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
