    Nah, they implant that chip in you to tell when you have a video recorder on your person. No one wants to record video of Stephen getting probed.

    ACTUALLY THEY HAVE INCREASED DRAMATICALLY. THE MOST DRAMATIC WAS IN MEXICO A FEW YEARS AGO AFTER A FULL ECLIPSE. THE ECLIPSE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MEXICANS AND EVERYBODY BOUGHT A CAMCORDER. ZILLIONS OF UFO VIDEOS. THE CAMCORDER WAS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO THE UFO RESEARCH FIELD!
