And the rain rain rain
came down down down
in rushing rising rivelets
till the river crept out of it’s bed
and crept right in to Piglet’s.

The most rain in Houston for June was set in 2001 when Tropical Storm Alison parked herself overhead. We received 21.0 inches that month, as measured at Houston Intercontinental Bush Airport.
We’re within 1.8 inches of that, and there’s a 70% chance of rain this afternoon. C’mon, rain! Let’s set a record!
Next month, we’re going to try and break the July mosquito record of 83.7 mosquitos per cubic foot.

I can’t wait.
