Though I can’t figure out the logic behind this conviction of Gerardo Flores.
Long story short: Girl wants abortion. Girl asks man to help. Girl punches herself in stomach while man steps on her. Baby is aborted. Man is prosecuted for murder, girl is not because she has a legal right to abortion.
So why isn’t Planned Parenthood prosecuted for murder?

very good point – – I dislike stories like this so much. There are so many people out there who would love to have a baby and cannot and this girl physically hurts herself to kill her “unwanted” child and the guy is charged with murder. This is outrageous and before I get on a true rant here I’m going to close.

I also can’t fathom why they would charge the man but not the girl. Is it a crime or os it not? How can it be a crime for one of them but not the other?
