Civilization Expansion

Civilization 4It’s odd how you could read a website for months and years, and then suddenly something unexpected is posted that leaves you wondering what the heck that was all about. Today may be one of those days for you.

My favorite way to relax is to play Civilization IV. Challenging, intellectually stimulating, full of history and knowledge, it beats the heck out of watching something mind-numbing on TV. And now there’s an expansion pack coming! Civilization IV: Warlords will be out this summer.

Are you as excited as I am?

Solomon, in the book of Ecclesiastes, said, “I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind.”

If you’re not living for the glory of God, then what you’re doing is meaningless, no matter what it is. Living for God gives life meaning, and enjoying a “chasing after the wind” is a gift from God. I’m doing what I can to enjoy this gift daily.
